  • Print Distribution: Bi-weekly on Thursdays.

  • Ad Submission Deadline: Submit finalized design by Thursday, one week before distribution.

  • File format: .jpg or .png

  • Need help with design? Allow additional lead time for our team to create your ad.​ 

  • 30% discount available for Willamette University departments and programs.

 

ASWU sponsors limited print ad spaces [1/4 page color ad] for recognized clubs and orgs each semester. Each recognized club/org is eligible to request one of these sponsored spaces until all ASWU sponsored spots are used each semester. *Limited space means not all requests may be granted.*
