After a series of company debates, the website formerly known as “Handshake” will officially change their name to “Fistbump,” in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. “We’re concerned that the old name doesn’t properly reflect our corporate hygiene standards,” said a Fistbump spokesperson. “We also wanted to stay in compliance with the WU Well U Agreement.”

Additionally, poor placement statistics for recent WU graduates has led the company to undergo a thorough rebranding. “We want to reassure students that despite the recent upheaval in the job market, we can still help you secure unpaid internships.”
