Salem’s Saturday Market was bustling on March 21, with crowds alternating between the market and Cherry Blossom Day at the Capitol, which happened to coincide. The weather was pleasant under a partly-clouded sky, so waiting in long lines at the various pastry and drink stands was more tolerable for market-goers and their canine friends of all sizes.

Next to the typical fresh farm produce, many vendors stood out for their 3D-printed toys and other knickknacks, inciting some begging from children as families milled about. These cries didn’t dampen the atmosphere too much, though, as people were happy to get outside and enjoy the beautiful Oregon spring weather.
