On the evening of Nov. 19, protesters gathered at in front of the Marion County Courthouse to protest the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse and white supremacy. Rittenhouse, the 18-year-old who fatally shot two people during the unrest last year in Kenosha, Wis., was acquitted of all charges on Nov. 19, sparking protests around the nation. Below are photos of the Salem protest, where community members gathered and marched around the downtown area in protest.
