Spring semester start date announced

Spring classes will begin on Jan. 20, 2021, Senior Vice President and Provost Carol Long announced over email on Oct. 7. Long also said that Commencement will be held on May 16, 2021, and that there will be no spring break. The graduate school calendar will remain as currently posted on the registrar's website.

"While we do not yet have all the details, we wanted to at least get the starting and ending dates out in advance to help with your preparation," Long said. "The Office of the Registrar is working out the internal dates for the semester and will post them shortly. Watch for details on the website."
